Total number of unduplicated individuals[1] served at any point for any duration during the program year by any aspect of this program.

* Traditionally collected by enrolling and attending clients into program services.

* Reported in Client Demographic report for end of year reporting, 

* Activities report for Newly Enrollments by any time frame can be used if served does not include attendance

(The number reported here must be less than or equal to the number reported for #1.)

* In the services tab, a new category has been added identified as Qual (Qualified), between Act (Active) and Comp (Completed).

* Reported in Client Demographic report.

Total number of individuals worked with at any point, for any duration, to achieve this outcome.

(The number reported here must be less than or equal to the number reported for #2).

* Traditionally collected with Enrollment, being Active and Attendance.

* Reported in Client Demographic report and will be based on clients that are Qualified to be in the program service and have at least one attendance for the period.
