General 

	Added a "Qualified" option to the Enrollment options
	Added the ability to turn this option off if it does not fit in your business model

	Added the Addiction Severity Index to the system
	Added a Psycho Social Assessment template which allows for client progress tracking with notes Like the generic survey there is no limit to the number of Assessments you can set up As an added feature you are not limited to the number of questions you can have in the assessment

Reports

	In the Client Demographic spreadsheet  Added a column for qualified (if looking at enrollment information) Added the option to set up the Type of Outcome Change, in Utilities Total in Household calculates correctly now
	Added several reports to the Client Activity section No Outcomes reported No Attendance No Current Enrollment Newly enrolled Client Referrals - from the Services Tab
