	Modified the Qualified option so users that do not need this option can turn it off
	Added the ability track users as they log in. Per HIPAA requirements this logs the date, time and user when the login is successful
	Added geo tracking to the address field
	Added the capability to look up Census Track values based on geo coded address or zip code

	Added several reports to the Client Activity section Added and Attendance - by caseworker report. This is based on logging caseworker information in attendance
