CMS Program fixes

Attendance Screen

	Inserted a meaningful error message if there are no enrollments.
	Changed the sort by caseworker sequence to be: Pick the program service then pick the case worker

Agency Demographics - State field now shows 2 character state abbreviation.

Call Log - Department and Type reports can now be accessed

Enrollment - With the proper security authority, enrollments can now be deleted. (note: pay attention to the message)

CMS Program Added Features

Attendance Screen - Added a Mass Attendance feature

Client Finder

	Added the ability to find family members of clients, whether the family member is a client or not.
	Added a disability package feature which allows you to use function keys to move instead of the mouse.

Client Demographic Screen

	Redesigned spreadsheets to show single line for enrollment and attendance demographics.
	Added a client condition report to complete the information about the client demographic information

	Added the release date in the title bar
	Added a timeout feature to be HIPAA compliant.

Personal Screen - Added a race field to be compliant with the latest Census requirements.

Reports

	Outcome reports have been redesigned to show Positive, Negative, and No Change outcomes instead of just Positive Change
	Outcome reports are now date sensitive so you can look at specific date ranges for outcomes.

CMS Security Updates

Added the ability to control the CMS menu screens and report information menu.
